About us

The college is located in South Melbourne only a few minutes from the heart of Melbourne. Since 1996 Photo Image Campus has offered short courses and the Career Certificate of Professional Photography.

Viewfinder student group

Last year we gave you a taste of our new initiative, the Viewfinder photography group.
There has been quite a bit of talk about this amongst students, which is great to hear.
Viewfinder will be a chance for students, past and present, to get together on weekends
as part of planned/project based fun field trips in and around Melbourne City.
The group will meet at various locations on the last Sunday of each month.

So come along and improve your photography whilst meeting like-minded people
in a relaxed environment.

We now invite any past or present Photo Image Campus short course students
to submit an application to join the Viewfinder photography group.

The first field trip will be on Sunday the 29^th January, meeting at the Queen Victoria Markets at 2pm.

We hope you have a great 2012 and offer you a challenge to extend yourself to improve
your photography knowledge and skill this year. Setting yourself a fun project like
creating a calendar in readiness for next year will help to focus your photography.

A calendar is a great Christmas gift and most students cover their costs through sales.
